The living room has a lovely view of the garden. The ceiling is high, which keeps the room cool. There are two bedrooms situated above each other, the top bedroom has a balcony. The beach is a 15 minute walk, or can be reached by car via another road. By car it is a 15 minute drive to shops and restaurants to Seminyak.	The road leading to the property is not in a very good condition. The staff lives on the property.
